American Concrete Coatings was selected by Southeastern Concrete Services, LLC to provide Ashford sealer services for the M / Marcone supply and distribution center located in Jacksonville’s Biscayne borough in Florida.
As a leading distributor of home appliance, HVAC, and plumbing repair parts and equipment across North America, M / Marcone required a large industrial-size location to route supplies and equipment to their vendors. The facility at 2737 Ignition Drive was a sizable 645,000 SQFT under air conditioning.
American Concrete Coatings applied a standard Ashford Formula Application, which is one of the most frequent services provided by ACC in finishing concrete. The Ashford Formula is a chemically-reactive liquid hardener and densifier that protects the surface of the concrete by increasing the density and durability of the wearing surface, rather than coating it. American Concrete Coatings completed the full application of this warehouse facility over the course of 23 non-sequential days, resulting in a top-tier finish that was both on-budget and on-schedule.
