Case Contracting Company selected American Concrete Coatings as the concrete finishing provider of choice for the membership-only warehouse chain Sam’s Club’s location in Daytona Beach, Florida.
This Sam’s Club was scaled to match the needs of the community at 141,228 square feet. “This specific job was located in beautiful Daytona Beach, Florida only minutes from the Atlantic Ocean,” said Jim Price, President of American Concrete Coatings. “Due to the scale, this location required a sizable deployment of ACC’s manpower and equipment, which allowed us to accomplish all aspects well within timeline and budget.”
Sam’s Club #8138 required several specific functions from the ACC team, which included a post-construction clean floor treatment, the Ashford Formula application, and finally a full concrete polish to a ‘Level 3,’ 1,500 grit finish level. This finish allows for high sheen and reflectivity. ACC’s dedication to quality ensured that the finish met and exceeded the client’s expectations.
